Test Cost
We will assess your needs to determine what psychological testing is recommended. Provider time is charged at $225 per hour. You will be given given estimate following an initial consultation.

At this time, we do not accept insurance.

Sessions may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment. If necessary, Dr. Brubaker will provide a super bill each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits.

Sessions may be paid out-of-pocket (not submitted to insurance). Payment is due at the time of service, before the start of your session. Credit, Debit, FSA, and HSA cards are accepted.

24-hour Notice
Cancelation or rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. If you miss an appointment or do not notify Dr. Brubaker 24 hours in advance of the appointment, you will be charged the full amount.
Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate
Uninsured and Self-Pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the costs for their healthcare and mental health care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate is created.
The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You may be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, and your bill is $400 or more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate for that provider or facility, federal law allows you to dispute the bill.
